Congrats! ?I have a question to ask hope you can help me. you metioned here that you live with your husband in a short period of time and you did not receive any RFE's and i was just wondering if what evidence did you send for good faith marriage because i was kinda having a hard time getting evidence for good faith since i was only married with my husband for 3 months before he divorce me and he kick me out of our shared residence , we dont have commingling finances and record of joint residence when were together i wanted to be prepared when the time comes they ask for rfe. hey eviloveirene what kind of documents you submitted that you had NO RFE ?? Congrats...

At first I thought of preparing my self for the RFE's because we only live together for short period of time. I sent police reports, affidavits, from his relatives, my 10 page affidavit.,police clearance.

Hi..what if you entered via k1 visa...and with a pending vawa case...did not over stay.. can I go home with advance parole? Thank you

leviloveirene when did you file form I-765? all people are advised to submit form I-765 AT LEAST 60 days prior of the expiration date. Walk in to the office where you have to do the biometric and explain your situation they may allow you to do the fingerprints in the same day you walk in.Good luck

Took my appointment letter my renewed passport that's all theychecked. I took my expired Florida I.d my original annulled passport with my i94 and my country's issued ID. I wasn't asked for those though.
