I was deported after filing the I-130 because was involve on a crime, 2 years prison sentece, after being deported my I-130 got aproved, we wait 6 as told by the judge and file the I-129F got aproved, got some issues with the criminal record in my country, solve it after 7-8 months, when to the consulate i got a year extension to get a I-212 and I-601 and get a new medical since a year pass for the medical examen.
I put everything on big envelopes, don't bring cell phones, pen drive, etc. just the documents. The criminal record takes time so do it at least with 2 month in advance to interview.
