Get married then file for CR1. 4 years ago i had contemplated on filing K-1 but then decided CR1 would be the best route for us. Takes about a year.

Like others have said, this is definitely a red flag. Do yourself a favor and DONT MARRY. When two people love each other, they mutually sacrifice for one another. He isnt doing anything. Have him go back. Move on. I've hated the 4 years i had to live in Brazil with my husband while i petition for his visa but I've dealt with it because we love each other and I was willing to leave my "luxuries" that I had back in L.A. In order to be together. Your fiancé seems to have a disorder. Cubans are known to be loud and have a strong personality but this is too much. Moving to miami wont fix things either.

Hi guys, I'm new here and just as confused.
I mailed my husband's I-130 on October 27th, got an email on november 5th stating they received our case and fowarded to California center. We still have not received our NOA1 hardcopy in the mail. I am a bit worried. I checked the status online and says:
On November 3, 2014, we received your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number XXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by December 3, 2014, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
So what now?? What is the next step once I receive it? Once it gets approved will they send the NOA2 packet? Sorry, very confused keeping all these steps straight.

So if photo albums are a big no, then how will the photos be attached? loose? Also about joint bank accounts etc, do they have to be translated to english?
