#######.... No status update for my husband (K1) on the USCIS site.. It's still at the Acceptance stage & my step daughter (K2) has already had her biometrics taken and her cases are not even coming up on the USCIS. SMFH how much longer will this take damn....

2 Quick question for all of you with the I-130 exp: At what point when filing the I-130 do you submit the I-693, I-765 & I-131? Do you submit the I-130 with the I-485,I-864?

You will just need to fill out the I-130, after submit the supporting document as you did with the I-129F, citizenship, etc... once the petition is approve you will have to submitted AOS (affidavit of support, and DS230 and pay the visa fee $80.00 for the aos, 230 for IV), that is it as far as submitting for goes, make sure to send a copy of marriage cert. I believe the forms you mention are for those who are already in the states and married and are adjusting there status.

Ahh ok.. I was about to start my K2 process if we were able to set up our own interview date pero como parece q cada caso es diferente mejor me aguanto until we're completely ready.

Aight VJ Fam today is my last day logging on gotta finalize everything for my trip & interview. My flight is on Sunday early morning but I'll be sure to log in once we're done with the interview y con esa VISA APROVADA. Please keep us in ur prayers para q asi sea as we will be doing the same.. BIO done yesterday got there an hour early, in and out in 30 minutes!! F.Y.I. anyone that has to go to the Baltimore office they do accept walk-ins if they are not to busy...

Buen Dia A Todos, Me puse un poco nerviosa y llame a USCIS para ver si sabian algo de mi caso o si me faltava algo.. Y me dijieron q en este momento estan trabajando con las aplicaciones q llegaron Marzo 15, 2011 y q tomaria como de aqui a 5 meses mas pa q yo riciba mi NOA 2..Alguien sabe si esto es sierto?? Gracias

No eres la única, yo me siento igual. Pero no me quiero estresar mas de lo q estoy. Solo t digo q ayer una chica q conozco por Aqui recibio su NOA2 y yo le llevo 2 dias a ella en este proceso.
