My Petition has received by the USCIS on Oct 18 but the check has not been cashed yet...should I expect it to be cashed when the NOA1 is touched which should be 2 to 3 weeks later?

Hi all!
I am sending my I-129F package today or tomorrow. On the envelope, can I use the P.O.Box as the return address? Or I should use the home address?
-
cant remember very well but don't you need 2 passport photos of each?? or is it only one??
I read from the instructions for Form I-129F that "Give USCIS a passport-style color photograph of yourself and a passport-style color photograph of your fiancee." So I would think they mean just 1 passport photo. Is everyone sending 1 passport photo without getting any RFE?

quick question.. why the supplement?! did you just need more room..
The supplement is the letter of the evolution of the relationship, explaining our relationship in more detail hoping they will understand we have a genuine relationship.

Do I need to send the ORIGINAL copy of the Divorce Decree?
Anybody get RFE by sending in the COPY version of the Divorce Decree?
Thank you for all your replies. You all are great!

That's truth. This Fiancee visa expert advised to put all my Fiancee's kids G-325A four copies and their passports and their visa photos in the petition. It is not anywhere stated in the Instructions for filing the I-129F. He is advising to do the front loading...so confusing. Thanks a lot for your input, JimVaPhuong!
-
Thank you all for your input...helps clear my confusion.
Some experts on K-1 visa suggest to front load in order to avoid delay. Give the USCIS more than they need, what they don't need they can disregard according to them. Any opinion on this? Is it really help to front load?

Hi! It was from a friend who got an ebook guide for I-129F petition who is also petitioning for his fiancee. He said the ebook specially said we need 4 copies of the G-325A. The old version automatically prints out 4 copies but the new version has technical error and we have to manually print 4 copies ourselves otherwise the petition would be delayed. Did all of you send only one G-325A and it's OK?
I'm so confused to hear different version. Please anyone sent only one copy of G-325A and petition went smoothy confirms here so I go tell my friend.

Sorry guess I clicked too many times on 'Post' :bonk:

I was told that it would help to speed up the petition if present all those documents. So if anybody have experiences on this may be it would help the others too to share it here.
One more thing, I heard we need 4 original copies of the G-325A as a set to send for the I-129F petition. Is it truth?? Please share your experience. Thank you!

Thank you for all your help! It's a frustrating process but worth it

Hi all,
Do I have to submit the G325A, passport pages and passport photos for my fiancee's kids in the I-129F Petition? Or my Fiancee submit those during her interview in her home country?
Anybody has any experiences on this?
Thank you.

Another questions...
How much do I have to write the check to the USCIS for the petition? Should I address the check to USCIS? If not, what should I address the check to? I'm almost ready to send the petition... Thanks so much for all the support!

Sorry I'm confused...
If I sent the copy of the divorce decree to the USCIS, I have to give the original of my divorce decree to my fiancee for the interview, is that correct?
Thank you for answering.

Hi Inky, Do you mean during the interview for the US Citizen or for the foreign fiance(e) that they check your original documents?
-
Please advise do I have to sent the original of my divorce decree or a color copy will do??
2012 Financial Eligibility Requirement
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
Hi All,
Please help to verify that the following is correct which means it only needs 100% over poverty level to apply for the K1 fiancee visa...Since I remembered when we applied for our visa, 125% over poverty level was required.
Can anyone help to confirm the following is truth?
"The sponsor’s annual income based on the number of dependents his combined household will have, should be at least 100% (fiancee) or 125%(married) of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) poverty guideline for his state. As of January 2012, for residents in the continental US, the Financial Eligibility Thresholds are as follows.
K1 Fiancee Visa: Required Annual Income
$15,130, if 2 Persons in Household
$19,090, if 3 Persons in Household
$23,050, if 4 Persons in Household
For each Additional person add $3,960
CR1 Spousal Visa or Green Card: Required Annual Income
$18,913, if 2 Persons in Household
$23,863, if 3 Persons in Household
$28,813, if 4 Persons in Household
For each Additional person add $4,950
The Financial eligibilty thresholds are lower for active military, and higher for residents of Alaska or Hawaii."
