If the visa applicant lived out of his/her country for more than 6 months, a police clearance is required for that country. NBI is required for all filipinos, any additional police clearance is determined by their work/stay abroad.

I think at this stage you have hope. If not, worst case it shows up right after then they process it. I read someone's experience 1-2 month delay on visa as in my case (applied after interview), but based on that I think only 1-2 week delay for u. Challenge is getting it to the embassy...then it's 1-2 weeks from there.
