If they have no husbands, wives or children, put "NONE".
I am the step father not biological parent, can I sign the I-130 for them and indicate as such. my daughter is now 20 and son is 18, yet until 21 INS considers them minors and I am the parent and petitioner.

i ALSO AM WORKING ON MY STEP CHILDREN I-130 AND AM A LITTLE CONFUSED. In the I-130, section C the number 17, INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ALIEN RELATIVE, IF THE i-130 IS FOR A STEP child, does anything go in the area? Or do I list the mother and the two step children?

I am processing the I-130 for my step childresn pettion for a CR2 VISA. I am in the I-130 and in section C #17 "INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ALIEN RELATIVE" DO i NEED TO PUT ANYTHING IN THIS FIELD?

I just filed two seperate I-130 from my Step Children, It was NOA 1 just today, took less than 5 days from postoffice to NOA1 notice of acceptance. It went to the Vermount center, so will see, yes seems simple. Just the 420 each I-130 you have to pay. TYhey are treated as individual applicants.
