I wasn’t sure exactly where to ask this question! So if I travel to Mexico to live I can only stay 6 months without an fm3 or something like that.  My question is, if I leave before the 6 months say for a few days or a week can I then go back and stay another 6 months?  Does the time reset like that?

Hi, are there limitations or restrictions if someone is pregnant and applying for b2 visa? Does the fact that someone is say 3 or 4 months pregnant factor into determining if someone is eligible to visit. this person does have strong ties to present!

also, he has two children ages 6 and 11.

how long of a wait would my brother have if I file petition for him to come on F4 from Mexico?

my brother has a tourist visa and visits once a year from Mexico. I'm filing an I-130 for him and according to what I've read it could take 15 to 20 years for him to receive an immigrant visa to live in USA from Mexico. Is he going to have problems visiting on his tourist visa, which is valid for 10 years? If so, does the government expect him to not visit for 20 years simply because I filed an I-130 for him? pls advise!

my wife's green card was approved for 2 yrs and expires 2014, but her employment authorization card expires sept 2013 in less then one yr. how does she renew this card and when and where does she renew it at? with what form? thanks!

on oct 5th we had our interview and they told us we were approved and we were told there was no problems and we would receive her green card in a week or two. the same day i received an update saying my wife's green card was in production and would be received in 30days. but today i received an update that stated:

On October 9, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. my wife will received her green card in a week or so, how soon can will file to remove conditions. I believe the green card is only issued for 2 yr period?

can my wife get her passport name changed at the mexican consulate with our certified marriage certificate?

also since the passport is her maiden name and green card would be married name does she have to bring a copy of our marriage certificate or does it have to be certified copy?

is the 2 yr green card she would receive some time after the interview good to travel or does she have to wait for the actual 10yr card?

My wife's interview is in 3 weeks, she already has been approved for EAD and it should be here soon. If AOS is approved after interview, when can she travel out of the country?

yeah, did medical at 530am and asc at 115pm then went and picked up medical info/packet at 2pm worked out good.
