i just received an email stating that my case was transfer to another office after responding to i 485 rfe for medical examination did anyone knows what this me and what i should expect next

yes they send me a rfe for my i485 3 months and send a response in July 6 and they said they will make a decision in 60 days rfe for medical examination i didn't summit it with my i 485 before that is what slow me down

i file in Aug 30 and i was approved in DEC 26 photo of wedding the abuse photo letter from counselor from domestic violence department lease and joint credit cards account a letter from my pastor 3 letter from family and friends that witness the abuse

am tired of waiting God help me i was approved on December 26 2011 my case was transfer to nbc on December 31 2011 my file was touch on jan 2 2012 since then mo interview date what should i do i was an ex wife of usc and the priority date on my file is dec 7 2002 can any tell me what is going on

Do u have EAD??? Strange!!! But don't worry, prima facie doesn't mean anything... ITS GOOD TO HAVE ONE, BUT DOEN'T MEAN THAT YOUR CASE WILL BE APROVE.

i did not have a prima facie and my case was approved with in 5 months

i filed for vawa end of august 2011 got prima facie and reciept 10 days later. i recently looked on the uscis website and saw the are doing cases in 2007,i called the hotline and the rep said if they continue like this since they are back log my case will not be approved intil 2015 but not guaranteed could be before that. so derpressing dont know wat to do. did anyone else recognise this.
