  1. Thank you to everyone here, especially the admins and those who set up this site. It's been such a wonderful resource that I have recommended to others. Peace and love to you all on your journey.

  2. Gerard became an American Citizen October 17, 2018, 😁

  3. Well, we are in the final phase. Gerard has filed the N-400 on June 20, 2018.

  4. Well, here we are married over three years and still in love! Now Gerard is considering citizenship! :-D I hope you are all well and happy friends. Find us on Facebook or Google +, Twitter or LinkedIn. Cheers!

  5. Has anyone been watching TLC's 90 day Fiance? I can relate on a lot of issues, but not them saying 90 days isn't enough time to know for sure if want to go through with the marriage. I thought that was a given that you intended to or you wouldn't get a K-1?

  6. Gerard got his Indiana Drivers License yesterday! Yay! Way to go honey! :)

  7. Happy Valentine's Day lovely people in love! :D

  8. Almost time for Christmas, but first for Sinterklaas to bring my honey goodies. :) Blessings to everyone.

  9. I can hardly believe we have now been married over a year. Feeling blessed.

  10. Green card was delivered Saturday as expected. I took some photos to commemorate the event. :D

  11. They are mailing my honey's green card today! Yay! Yipee! Hip Hip Hurray! :D :D :D

Thank you! We did have to do a service request though, so if you wait over 7 months, I suggest giving them a call. Once they checked the processing times and opened that ticket it didn't take long. :)

  12. Finally calls USCIS last Thursday and they put in a ticket for us because our local was processing 11/15/12 and our I-485 was accepted 10/31/12. If we don't hear anything in 15 days we are to call back to inquire the status.

Hope you hear something soon too!

  13. Well, here we are at the end of May and stll waiting. 7 months and not a word other than "Accepted" on our I-485. I guess it is about time to start calling to find out if we really are being processed through California and how much longer that is likely to take than the 5 month expected time frame. I hope everyone is having a lovely summer.

  14. Just checked out your wedding page. :D Congratulations!!!!

  15. So, where do you stand now? I missed your note in the forum and just saw it. Hope you are together and happy! :D

  16. I hope everyone is having a good start to the new year of 2013. Here in Indianapolis it's been very cold and snowy and icy. I'm hoping for a thaw soon and my husband should be getting his EAD card soon so the job hunt will begin.

Hey Lady! How's it going with you? I missed this somehow. :( We are still waiting on any news about the green card or interview and other folks are getting theirs but Gerard started his first US job at BGI North on February 25 and so far so good! Got his first check last Friday. :D

  17. Happy Last Day of 2012 and I wish you all a Happy New Year

  18. Best of luck to you! :)

  19. Biometrics went well... :D Now we wait for the EAD and hopefully find out when our interview will be.

Well, that was just the fingerprints and photos. Later we'll have an interview unless they send our case off. 4-6 months is the time frame I've read on here that it takes and maybe he'll be cleared to work by Christmas. :) I hope things are going well for you newlyweds!
