After almost 8 weeks and the embassy misplacing my documents, today I got my date for my interview for 5/4/12. I hope everything goes well for us. Pls pray for us and whoever is still waiting or starting the journey good luck coz it will be worth at end.

Like Nick said it might happen or not but the most important think is that you want to be with person you love. So apply for the K1 visa first and wait until your approved and then focus on to the interview and your case is straight forward like most people and plus the CO at the embassy are only doing their jobs ok. Don't let that AP put you off coz it didn't put off lol Good luck

Send these forms back to the embassy ok DS-230 ParI, 2 x DS-156, DS-156k, 2 x DS157, then book yourself for a medical either at Knightsbridge or Bentnick Manisons. You will need your vaccinations records for your medical exam so book an appointment with your GP to have them ready. Have your Police certificate ready as well a passport photo size and your passport to take with when you attend the medical exam. Then you write a cover letter to the embassy informing them that you are ready for an interview, state when you have had your medical exam or when is booked for plus incude when you plan to marry your fiancé and add your address and contact info with da DS 2001 ok Hope this helps good luck and plus if you need help always ask becoz there are great people on this site who have more knowledge and are ready to help ok

I have a question for anyone that has been to Bentnick Manison for a medical, did the doctor ask you if you have been arrested before a bit weird question coz there job is to give u a medical check up.

I just want to share my good news with everyone and tell that USCIS has approved us, We got our NOA2. I know there a lot of people still waiting for theirs and soon everyone will be approved. After nearly 5 months we got ours and I just want to thank everyone that has given me advise and support on this website.

Last time I checked if I'm right your wife entered the USA on a vistor visa right, whether you intented to marry her or not it's a fruad ok but you guys fell in love ok. Firstly get in touch with a good lawyer and be straight with them and be prepared for some not so good news secondly have faith in each other in life we all overcome many hurdles and this is just one as long as you tell the truth may god be with you.
