      Bret, our packet got sent to VSC but the check was cashed a couple of days ago also, I went to the USCIS website but there was no record of my packet in the system yet. I think that is a good idea to get them in contact with each other...I may have got ahead of myself but i went ahead and checked my NOA-1 on my timeline gives us a adjudicated date between 21 Jan-7Feb thru the VSC. Hmm im going to recheck the USCIS site lol

      shawnandileen, yes u need to get nbi in phils and police certificate in hongkong. u can get police certificate in hongkong after receiving ur packet 3 letter from us embassy..god bless

      thanks for the info jimdhen.very confusing someone told me i need to get police certificate in phil. also but some other told no need.thank you again
