    RFE Today. I'm actually happy that I now know some action is taking place. Have to wait for hard copy to see what it is.

      My Fiance was RFE'd on an unsigned extract of divorce.. he went to the local Sheriff's and got a signed extract. Hoping to hear back soon

      Good luck with that. I was just asked for a copy of my passport so they could see the stamps. I thought it was a little frivolous having sent in my plane tickets and receipts. I kinda feel they just wanted to send me a RFE for something since I called them so many times.

    137 days now. So rough when you see others get NOA2 so much faster. Is it just luck?

      I think so... our NOA1 date is May 18, and we still have not been approved yet. The waiting totally sucks. :(

    Looks like your beyond 5 months for your NOA2. Have you tried calling yet? Did they give you a reason for the hold up?

    I thought having a TS clearance would make I-129f approval process quick and easy but it seems my application is taking longer than average. This wait is killing me!!!!!
