Good luck with that. I was just asked for a copy of my passport so they could see the stamps. I thought it was a little frivolous having sent in my plane tickets and receipts. I kinda feel they just wanted to send me a RFE for something since I called them so many times.

I did call and even asked for t2. They were not able to tell me what was on the RFE.

I called this morning. Tier 2 seemed to do nothing more than Tier 1 did. Same information. So frustrating. Well, hope you get your NOA2 soon. Good Luck!!

I just called, asked for Tier 2 and they transferred me. Unfortunately, she informed me that their system is down and she cannot access my information. She apologized and asked that I call back tomorrow.
