Hello everyone! Who got married before 90 days period to the petitioner? How bad is it with filing AOS after 90 days? What's d effect of it? Please, who went through this, let me know. Its very important. Thank you soooooo much!!
As long as you got married within 90 days of you POE, you will be fine, even if you file AOS in a later date. But of course the sooner you do it the better, that way you won't be out of status and get your documents as soon as possible.
