    He asked who I was travelling with and I said with my wife who was already here. I mentioned she was a citizen to which he asked why she was and I wasn't. i explained we had gotten married just a few months ago and he asked if a petition had been filed. After that he just wished me luck and sent me on my way.

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay in responding to you. I did travel and am currently in the states right now. I was quite surprised I had no problem going through passport control at all. I took the option of being open with them and so answered the questions honestly. The first question was the usual business or pleasure to which I answered vacation.
