so, the first ever response i got from USCIS was, the RFE was sent to me on Oct. 27th. When i didnt receive it, i called again, and they said Nov. 4th. I just got the letter and it was dated Nov. 7th. LOL!
lol...some dumb ####### i missed. PART C, questions 2 & 3...i thought those didnt apply to me since my answer to question 1 was "NOT IN MILITARY SERVICE". Thankfully its not as big of a mistake. phew
Oh I've heard a lot of people miss that when they fill the form, cause it's a little confusing I hope they approve you soon after they receive your response!
thanks! i hope you'll receive yours soon also. im not sure how accurate some users' posted dates are..but there's plenty of July's, and even Septembers' getting their NOA2's already!!! errrr! not fair
