Uh still something to hold us up on the visa they add a number to her passport and 2 numbers to the case number. So now i guess from what i read on someone elses letter on here she will have go back to manila then wait again a day or 2 for them to fix it grrr

Finally got Visa after long wait Now planning for flights now and finishing up few project we have to get done first.

Wife had interview today everything went well. All was smooth they she said they took time to look more and then cam back with letter saying she needed another NBI clearance with AKA becasuse she goes by different names and did not list them on her nbi. But she never was told failed or pass only given that letter.

Weeeee!!! Finally got interview date August 13 so happy now !

Our case was completed just 2 days ago called today to check status and we are done now waiting for the interview day

so police and NBI is 2 different things? Can you have wrong police report as well then? cause woman on phone said wrong police report bought thought is just the NBI they want.

Got RFE for not have right police clearance. So that set us back few weeks. But should get it this thursday and mail in hopefully our case will be finished by the end of month and interview before August. Just praying no more RFE. They have not viewed my AOS yet cause waiting the NBI. Just hope I have no mistakes with it.

She said to do nbi locally it take three weeks to get so did you already have your nbi before you recieved notice of the IV?

She lives in Iloilo. She says can get same day in Manila but she has to fly there. Do you think she should fly there she has sister in Manila as well she could stay with her

Waaa just got email yesterday we have rfe for the ds-230 cause said her place of residence was not consistent of 6 months. They also wanted NBI clearance but she thought was just local police clearance I thought also that the NBI came later after interview for when she came here. But she does not live in manila so they say it will take 3 weeks to get it. Do you know way to get it faster?

IV and AOS are paid and sent in now just waiting final result!! Getting closer cantwait to finish at NVC just hope no RFE

Finally in NVC now got case number this morning

Sorry not had time be online much but no updates yet have not heard thing and its been over a month. Im thinking of calling but not sure it will do any good they say give 60 days. Any updates for you guys?

No have not got any news yet and its been over a month looks like the waiting game still continues

Got noa2 hard copy today. Now waiting again on the NVC. Hope is moves faster than the USCIS.

Well my RFE for my divorce decree arived at service center on the 26th so now it is in review again. Wonder how long this will take it says can take up to 60 days gesh already 7 months in now on the 22.

Just got my certified copy of devorce decree today and sent it in the should get it by monday Hope they make a decession monday also and hope it will be good one!

Well got my RFE in the mail. I have to send in a certified copy of my divorce decree which i will be geting tomorrow. i have not had time off from work to be able to go get it But I wonder if i can send it over night ? Thats all the are asking for so once i get it in they should be able to make decesion pretty quick i would think.

Got RFE today grrr but dont know why all my documents was real not copies only divorce decree was a copy buy is the one my lawyer handed me. Wonder if i shoul have got something else from court house. They mailed on the 9th so hope i get tomorrow so i can work on it right away

Grr after so long wait I check USCIS today and noticed that they said i have a ref and will be geting notice in mail. I have no idea what it can be for i sent in all real documents no copies only one that was a copy was my divorce decree but the original one i had was a copy also my lawyer gave me. I just sent the front page with the date and the time the judge signed it but did not send the whole pack cause it was just stating about what we would get in the divorce ad child suport. I wonder...

Lets hope soon im worried though cause my wife name is maria but on birth certificate its Ma. But I used Maria when filed papers but in philippines thet use both hope they will accept both also nervous about that did not notice till other day

Nope nothing yet if i have they are taking their time about giving it to me i will be mad if i go all this time then get a ref then have to wait some more. Others that are before us are still waiting also like swingman that also has coment on here so its not just us hoping to get someing by the 10th that pust me over 200 days
