    Finally got Visa after long wait :) Now planning for flights now and finishing up few project we have to get done first.

    Wife had interview today everything went well. All was smooth they she said they took time to look more and then cam back with letter saying she needed another NBI clearance with AKA becasuse she goes by different names and did not list them on her nbi. But she never was told failed or pass only given that letter.

    Our case was completed just 2 days ago called today to check status and we are done now waiting for the interview day :)

    Got RFE for not have right police clearance. So that set us back few weeks. But should get it this thursday and mail in hopefully our case will be finished by the end of month and interview before August. Just praying no more RFE. They have not viewed my AOS yet cause waiting the NBI. Just hope I have no mistakes with it.

      My wife just got local police report first time instead of NBI and she had not listed addresses in order they want no gaps in time. It would have taken 3 weeks to get but brother inlaw knows someone in NBI. 500 pesos got it yesterday and is mailed shold be at NVC by monday

      Oh really so you have had your interview already? Im hoping ours goes smooth as well Im working on the AOS now will mail in on monday with fed ex. And wife will mail her pack monday also. It took a while to say paid on the site.

    Just when I wasn't expecting it, then NOA2 came after 242 days!!! I didn't even find out about it until my husband called to inform me awhile ago. Thank you to all of you who encouraged me and thought of me when waiting was so tough...Finally my son and I are now approved! To God be the glory! :-)

    Got noa2 hard copy today. Now waiting again on the NVC. Hope is moves faster than the USCIS. :)

    Well got my RFE in the mail. I have to send in a certified copy of my divorce decree which i will be geting tomorrow. i have not had time off from work to be able to go get it :( But I wonder if i can send it over night ? Thats all the are asking for so once i get it in they should be able to make decesion pretty quick i would think.

    Got RFE today grrr but dont know why all my documents was real not copies only divorce decree was a copy buy is the one my lawyer handed me. Wonder if i shoul have got something else from court house. They mailed on the 9th so hope i get tomorrow so i can work on it right away :(

      I never got my noa 1 in mail also just the text. My decree was stamped but i just sent only the one page with the stamp not all the papers that came with it cause thought those was not needed cause they just talk about child suport and what we would be getting. I thought the date and signature is all they needed but i notice that others have said they want the whole pack. But this was in 2006.

      Well i did not get an noa2 but checked uscis and im getting an ref grrrr! But have no idea what it is yet they mailed it friday so might get tomorow. So maybe they are getting close yours also. Least they finally touched mine but worried of the ref :(

      Back ground check dont take almos.t year. You might want to get lawyer. or least talk to one and see what they say. I would call them every day untill they moved it

      Yeah waiting seems to be forever wow almost a year? After a cetaibn amount of time you can ask for service request it should not be that long. Once it passes the date posted on uscis time line then they have to agree to service request.

      Still same here also yeah it bugs me that others im ahead of by date is getting approved but im not but yet im happy for all who do cause no matter the wait time one day is already to many to be away from the one you love.

    174 days now weee 11 more days will be 6 month. Think USCIS needs to update their average its not 5 month any more at the least is 6

      6 months and 2 days now but was longer than that for you guys so i know i have to be patient :)My wife is stil preparing she is going to driving school now there although much different than here.But still good that she gets some experience she has always used jeepny but none here for her to ride
