What notice are you referring to? NOA2? This notice is suppose to come from USCIS.. I didn't receive it yet.. I just checked my mailbox today.. it's not there yet .. By the way, what's your NOA2 date again? Are we the same? Mine is 11/14/11..

Yes! Call NVC at (603) 334-0700... And give them your USCIS reciept number.. You can also ask for your case number that was assigned for you on your country's embassy. They also told me when they shipped the the packet to the US embassy in the Philippines..
