Also, nachdem du mit K-1 einreist hast du 90 tage um zu heiraten. wenn du verheiratet bist reichst du adjustment of status ein und gleichzeitig deine work permission und travel permission. wenn du diese nämlich mit AOS gleichzeitig einreist kosten sie nichts. EAD (work permission) und AP (travel permission) dauern ca. 3 monate.

we talked to two or three different lawyers and they told us to appeal. if you appeal you can´t send in any new evidence. then after we pointed that out they said file a motion to reopen the case. 630$ no guarantee and it takes longer than to just refile. since it seemed like they where all in for the money we decided to try it by ourselfs again and make sure we have tons of evidence....
