There are still a lot of June USCIS filers who have not received their approvals yet. As far as i know only early June filers (ie. June 3, 2011) got their NOA-2. I think us July filers would take another month of waiting. Bad!
so unlike!

Go there: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis
In the "case status" box to the left, enter the receipt # you got with your NOA1.
Once you are there, look on the left, you will see "sign in to my account". Cick there,
and once you are on the page click "Want to register?"(bottom middle of the page) and
create an account. They will ask you your receipt number, but once your account is created
you can login there everyday and look for your updates everyday (the date will change if
they do something on your file).
thanks for the info.

Hello everyone,
I filled my CR-1 I-130 in mid-July; and I've been checking my USCIS online status update, but it still says 14-July my NOA1; it has not been updating it since! What's going on? Does anyone have this problem?
how do you check your USCIS online status update? i hope there's a way to check mine.

Don't worry. My wife and I filed our petition at the US Embassy in Manila on June 2, 2011. It was only approved on August 3, 2011. And my wife received the approval letter 1 week after. So it should take about 2-3 months. Be patient, you'll get it.
Hi, i just wanna ask if you guys received NOA1 before the approval. My husband filed our application two months ago, we're still waiting, we haven't received anything from USCIS, not even NOA1.

The petitioner live here in the Philippines with me so we filed the petition at the US embassy here in Manila via Direct Consular Filing (DCF). They can't update us regarding our aplication now because we don't have a case number yet.

not yet, because we don't even know which service center to call. :/

It's almost 2 months now since we filed our application but he haven't received anything from USCIS yet, not even NOA1. We called the US embassy twice already, they told us to just wait.
I know, patience is a virtue and good things happen to those who wait, but i kinda feel anxious already because i think everyone here received their NOA1 already.

We didn't receive NOA1 (maybe because we filed our aplication thru DCF at the US embassy in Manila), We also didn't received NOA2 not even in email or text, but we received a letter (dated Oct.14) last friday (Oct. 21) with case naumber and instructions and forms (packet 3). Wow, what a surprise. )
