Hi.VJ family / Ricardo, is this possible? I was reading a post about this couple that was denied visa because she was 12years older than her husband they have been married for 4 years. My question is my husband is 46 and I am 29, is that going to be a problem for us? Need ur help. My next questions is , my husband interview is next month can u please tell me what document do he need to take with him to the interview also do I need a new affidavit of support. Am so worried about next month. Thanks for ur help and inputs.

Need ur help , my husband and I have been married since July, 2009, I upgrade from LPR to US citizen. I also upgrade my husband cases, the NVC sent me a letter saying my husband has been upgrade to CR 1. My question is we have been married since 2009 , should it bee CR 1 or IR1? What should I do ?

F2A upgrade to CIR , how long will it take for my husband to get his interview? I did write to the NVC and ask for my husband case to be updated I also email a copy of my naturalization certificate. Can someone please tell me what's the next step. Thanks

Patient lover if u r not receive interview by 6th, then PD will be 01/01/09.

on my opinion around 1yr from the time your case was completed, but basically depend on the VB movement per month. try to look at the watch list most who have interview schedule had almost 1yr or a year after from the case was completed. I hope this will help

Do you think my husband will get , an interview date for this year ? His PD is march 25, 2010 case complete on January 24, 2011. I Will be happy for ur opinion, may I can get some sleep, afterwards. I real don't understand how the PD works when is it current or not current. Thank-you all for help.

Above message was published on VB August. For F1 category. Typicaly F1, F3 &F4 will not move according to above mentioned, on other hand f2a will move by 1 month. I'm sure November & December will be big movement for f2a. Good luck to all of us.

I had a look on your husband PD which is Feb 25, 2010. If this is correct then he is way behind yet. You have to wait for his PD to become current. NVC will schedule an interview even if you don't call. They will send you a notice via email or postal letter, depending on what means of communication you opted, to advice you about the interview. Just make it absolutely sure that your case is already completed at NVC. If not then this is one call that you should make with NVC.

Don't get confused on guys like me calling NVC. Our PDs are so close to the previous month current PDs and could hardly wait for the bulletin to be released.
