Consulate already received our paperwork and interview date was set for April. Waiting for package to be received in order to get things ready for interview. We are so happy, its a matter of time, thanks to all for your help.

Got a l;etter from NVC my paperwork was sent to the US Embassy in Lima on March 6th. Now we are just waiting for the interview date and the package, do they notify you by email anymore, or its just the package via regular mail. I am concern cuz my fiancee lives far from Lima and mail not always makes it there..

Keep calling USCIS, you will get the right compasionate person to help you. The first couple of times I got some reps that were not of help. I called in Spanish and this lady I guessed fell bad and put the service request and things worked well after that. If it already falls over the stadard processing times then it your right to put a service request. My congress people were of no help, if you get to them ask them to call USCIS instead of sending them an email, then they tell u the protoco...

FRIENDS We have been approved after 199 days of waiting... after doing so many things to expedited such as congressman support and also putting a service request...that is the good news. Bad news is that she was so upset that we have not heard anything for months, that now she is not talking to me... and I have not told her the good news yet. I don't know what to do? I waited for so long and now she puts herself on this situation. I hope all of you that are waititng get your NOA2 soon...

well today i got my I-797 and it told me what will happen next. but as i read the letter it also told me that this is my second approve petitions and i will be enter into the multiple visa tracking. tell me is this bad? will now i"m about to send my lady the copy of everything that i sent to them. i know my wife will do good as she know so much about me and my family. the letter tell that we have 4 months from the date. so i hope to be done with this by June of 2012 this year. and hope to...

173 Days and still counting...... no signs of our NOA2.. My beautiful fiancee is sicks and was almnost admitted to the hospital once again, and I am not there to help her or at least be by her side.

On January 3rd after writing the offices of U.S.Senator Eddie Bernice Johnson permission was given to them to act on my behalf as to what is going on with my Fiance application..I signed my privacy authorization for my file to be released to them..Still praying that soon my petition will be approved..
