t-blue: it seems sometimes there ISN'T an RFE at all, in our case we received a notice about an RFE on Jan 16 but nothing came, and then we were approved today(!)

ME3: Sorry don't know. Would say probably the embassy might contact you within a month but that is a guesstimate. Perhaps you can find out via their website?

Hi. I'm guessing your visa is delayed because of the Holidays in Sweden. My guess is that things will speed up after this week when people comes back to work. Good luck!
