    Visa Backlogs

    The President’s announcement did not include any immediate policy recommendations. Instead, his Visa Modernization Memorandum creates an interagency group to submit recommendations to the President by March 20, 2015. The priorities of the task force are to improve efficiency, ensure that all available visas are used, and create a stronger infrastructure.

    Any one knows what"s going........ on this issue?

    This website's predictions always proves to be wrong.....its totally untrustworthy............

    It would be definitely 15 July 2002 for our category in the next bulletin................or it might be more than a month movement......... ;)

    Passport Agency Closures on February 2

    Due to the inclement weather, 5 passport agencies will be closed to the public today on Monday, February 2, 2015. The facilities include the Boston Passport Agency, Connecticut Passport Agency, Detroit Passport Agency, National Passport Center (in Portsmouth, NH), and Vermont Passport Agency. Any applicant with an appointment at these facilities that has not already been rescheduled should contact the National Passport Information Center to reschedule at 1-877-487-2778. We apologize for any inconvenience. This site will be updated as information regarding additional Passport Agency closings becomes available.

    Those who have PD from 15 April 2002 to 1 June 2002, start calling NVC from today onwards.... Today is the first working day of a new month, so get ready for the interview letters...... Call them this whole week till you get your interview letter... :P

    Hoping for a big jump in upcoming bulletin..

    NVc is closed today.........

    The following data i collected from one of the forums on ***removed*** website :

    (F3 Category) PD = 21 Feb 2003, COA received on = 19 August 2013, Case Complete = 4 November 2013, Interview = 17 January 2014

    (F3 Category) PD = 14 Feb 2003, COA received on = 15 August 2013

    (F3 Category) PD = 12 April 2003, COA received on = 14 August 2013

    (F3 Category) PD = 19 May 2003, COA received on = 9 August 2013

    And, the point to be noted is that all of them received COA in the month of August 2013, and September bulletin was released in August 2013 in which cut-off date for F3 category was 22 January 2003.

    P.S : There is a possibility that now NVC will send COA in bulk to Oct, Nov, Dec 2002 cases (F4 category) and may be to 2003 cases........

    (F3 Category) PD = 16 June 2003, COA received on = 9 August 2013

    (F3 Category) PD = 7 july 2003, COA received on = 20 August 2013

    Latest USCIS Visa Bulletin Predictions

    All Categories: Due to executive action signed by US President Obama, DOS is likely to move dates earlier in the year, instead of waiting till the last quarter of fiscal year; since at that time they can get a more accurate view of demand across all categories and hence can more accurately calculate expected spillovers across EB/FB categories.

    Important Data Announcement: Immigrant Visa Applicants from China waiting at NVC: sorted by catetory and PD: (As of Febrary 2014 when F4 PD was Oct 2001)

    please provide us the above detail and also provide us the link from where you get this information.......this is looking very confusing....are you taking about the total i130 inventory for F4 under every year ??????means how many i130 petitions were filled under particular year ?????????
