    We don't have an exact date yet... I'm moving to Lebanon on Oct 3, so once I get there, we will start planning. ;-)

    Hey, thanks... actually, there is no rule against filing multiple times, and it doesn't disqualify one from a visa. However, it was a red flag in our particular case, apparently, and made it more difficult for us. We still plan to keep filing... next time we will file the K3 or the CR1. If we are denied again, we will hire an immigration attorney and I will contact my senator.

      I am disheartened by the fact that so many people are somehow able to come to America under false pretenses, yet people like us who have been truthful, and are in a sincere, loving relationship, are mistrusted, mistreated, and have have been denied the opportunity to be together.

      I absolutely agree with you. It is really a shame that fraudulent petitioners/beneficiaries are able to come to the US....just makes the process harder for those that do have a genuine and sincere marriage/relationship.

    That's pretty much what I just (hysterically) cried to my mom, that I am ready to sell everything and move, or hire an excellent attorney. The only problem is, taking my kids. Not easy to just pick them up and leave. :-( ... Definitely calling the attorney, though. Thank you for caring, talk to you later.

    We still aren't sure what to do exactly, but I'm calling an immigration attorney tomorrow. This has been the worst day of our lives I believe. I can't stop crying, and Peter is doing everything he can to hold back his tears. He told me his head feels like it will explode. We are just in shock right now. I'm telling myself that God is testing our faith. We will see what happens, ...

    I'm sad to report that we did not get the visa. My fiance had applied for a worker visa many years ago, and this apparently made him ineligible. I have been crying all night, I don't know what to do. I don't know if 'ineligible' means 'permanently.' Please pray for us.

      He was denied a few years ago, due to the fact that he was applying with several members of his family. I have never been in so much pain in my life, as I am right now, being separated from my love. I may have to move to Lebanon with my children.

    Yes, my fiance has an interview in about an hour, and I am waiting up all night until I hear from him. I notice that you mentioned your fiance as being your other half, which made me smile, because that is exactly what my fiance and I call each other. :-)

    I just read over your posts, and I'm praying that we don't also have the AP thing, but I realize it's a huge possibility. Our circumstances seem a little similar to yours. I think I'm going to prepare myself for this. Interview is in a couple of hours... I have never been so nervous! So happy for you, God bless!
