im asking what this means please? On September 20, 2011, we created and mailed you an Approval Notice at the address we had on file at that time, but the post office returned it to us. Recently, you called to tell us that you did not receive your Approval Notice. As a courtesy, we are sending you a copy of your Approval Notice under separate cover. In the future, if you change your address please contact customer service at the number provided below.

  I think there's something wrong with the person who write or encode the correct zip Code on the mailed letter...This is their fault and not the Petitioner. I hope everything is fine and they will fix it in a few days...
