    im asking what this means please? On September 20, 2011, we created and mailed you an Approval Notice at the address we had on file at that time, but the post office returned it to us. Recently, you called to tell us that you did not receive your Approval Notice. As a courtesy, we are sending you a copy of your Approval Notice under separate cover. In the future, if you change your address please contact customer service at the number provided below.

      you wer so blessed you had an early approval for your noa2. vermont is realy working good now beccuase june and may filers got their fast approval while from january to april almost waited 5 to 6 months,. i am happy that my hubby did a formal complain and they make it fast and now finally its arrive,., so excited to be with my hubby
