anyone can share and give us a timeline for a DIRECT CONSULAR FILING in US EMBASSY PHILIPPINES?i just got married with a US CITIZEN last JUNE 8,2011..He has probationary status of filing permanent resident in phillippines,and now he's planning to apply next month by September a Spousal visa through direct consular filing in manila US Embassy..anyone knows how long it takes to have a visa from date of filing??
