  1. hello everyone,

I came to usa on may 2012 and i get marry in 90 days.

It pass over a 1 year since a get marry but I don't have SS or green card.

My husband don't want to apply for the documents for me. He is telling me that he bring me to this country but he want me to die in usa as a illegal immigrant and he will never apply for the documents for me....

I don't have a friends, I don't have acces to the phone, I can't contact my family in Poland.

He is sending me to work to get pay cash and he is taking all my money from me.

We have 6 years old son.

I just hear from his mount that if I don't like my life, I can just get dress and go on the street and I will never see my son again.

    I don't know what I can do.

    Thank you for any help.

  2. she dont need translation in english.

she just need to go to the officer on the airport and show her passport and return ticket. she dont need to talk.

you dont need to teach her english because in the plane she will find somebody that speak her language. she will have a easier fly if you will buy her non-stop ticket so you dont need to worry about the transfer on the airports. somebody will help her in the plain with the i-94.

my mother was visiting me 2 times in usa and everything was fine.

  3. Im applying for a b1/2 visa to write step 2 cs exam. What makes my case complicated is,I was issued a fiance(k1) visa before.Unfortunately, we broke up and I didnt use the k1.It expires by jan end. my b1 interview date is in the 1st week of feb.I was reading some posts online which said that having a previous k1 shows immigration intent and could make it difficult to be issued a B1/2 visa now. That got me really worried.Any advice?

you need to prove that you will come back to your country... so think why you want to go to us and why you dont stay in us

  4. - We are submitting both a copy of birth certificate and copy of all pages of my fiancee's U.S. passport (I'm the beneficiary). That's because I think the Indiana Birth Certificate she has in her possession is the short one, so just to be on the safe side, we send the passport copy as well. Now the question is - should every passport page copy be signed by her? Should the copy of the birth certificate be signed? Should they also be dated?

Nie podpisuj zadnej strony paszportu - poprostu wyslij copy. My wyslalismy kolorowe kopie paszportow.

Nie podpisuj copy birth certificate (moze byc krotka forma).

    - We are going to submit a few pages of recepits (3-4 receipts per page - is that okay?), copy of car purchase contract in both names, copy of apartment lease with her as the leasee and me as tenant. We have put descriptions on the back of each page. Is that fine? Also, should anything be signed? Should everything be signed and dated?

What recepites?? The copy of the lease is ok. You dont need to sign it extra.

    - We have also put a few pictures of us (in color) as evidence, writing the date and place of given picture being taken. Should the pictures be signed?

Write on the back of each pict: date, people on the pict and place take it.

It is good if you have some leeters from friends or family about your proof your relationship.

the evidance need to proof that you are togheter to get marry not you just you know each other as a leasee and tenant.

Maybe you have a joint accaount...

    Good luck with the processing...

  5. Does anyone know if the DS-156 and DS-156K forms are necessary for the Warsaw embassy??? According to there IV-F04 packet that they have on the embassy website, they only request I-864, I-134 and DS-230 part 1.

W razie czego sluze pomoca. Zycze powodzenia.

  6. I'm filing for I-129F and need to enter the address of the beneficiary from Poland. Polish writing is of Roman-based characters but there are some characters that do not exist in the Latin alphabet. For instance, the province named Śląsk in Polish is translated as Silesia in English. Should I use the English translations everywhere in the form but enter the native writings in box 16 for clarification/correction? (To make matters worse, Slask can also be understood as Silesia in Poland). Thank you.

one more think: dont translate to english; slask, poznan, lodz, gdansk, krakow...etc

we was always using roman alphabet without polish letters on all of the forms. i have used roman alphabet without polish letters even on the forms for the interview in warsaw embassy.

good luck with the processing for the k1 visa.

  8. Does this mean your child is yours and your fiancee (the one petitioning)?

If yes, I would a think this would be enough to show bonafide relationship.

The question you might need to be ready to answer is Why waited 4 years to do the K-1?

Other than that, the staff at Warszawa seemed very nice and helpful to us, even before the interview when I called them 2-3 times. Our interview was 10 min literally (end of July). 3-4 questions. But your case seems more complex.

thank you for all your advise...

im not worry so much about the k1 interview but the important part of the process is the waiver.

our son need to go to the pre-k. so i hope that we will leave Poland in this year.

im sure that i will need to answer the question: what we are planing to do if i cant go to usa?

  9. At the foodcourt inside our BX on base. We are enjoying our Anthonys Pizza.

Kid (about 8-10 yrs old, white, chewing down his big cheeseburger) at the table next to us to our 2.5 year old son:

" If you have a black Daddy and a white Mommy, that makes you brown."

Older brother pokes him in his ribs to shut him up. Then mom shows up, older brother told her what younger brother said. All loud enough for us to hear it.

Mom looks away and avoids any eyecontact with us until we left....

To add, my husband is african-american/filippino and I am caucasian, our son, well, looks very different than most bi-racial kids as he has features of all three races and really doesn't fit the typical "mixed kid look".

People make comments about his look or more specific, his color a lot here in the States, while in Germany, they would comment about specifics, like about his big brown eyes or how he tans so quickly without getting sunburned

but it never had this racial component to it.

I am really not sure what to think about this situation as I'd like to give that kid the benefit of the doubt, but just the fact that he went through that thoughtprocess, really baffeled me...

My sister doesn't understand at all why I would be irritated by his statement!?

i have the same problem. im caucasian and my 4-years old son and his father are afro-american. our situation is more difficult. im living with my son in a small city in Poland. he is the only dark skin human in the city. we are hearing a recism comments every day of our live.they said that they call "the thing" by name.our son dont play with the kids no more. he is not talking in the public places. a lot of times i wanne to cry at home because of that situation.

i hope that we will live this crazy country.

my interview is in semptember in us embassy.

  10. I live in the usa im a citizen and want to bring my fiancee from lithuania here to get married we dont have proof we met 2 years ago because my mom is very sick with severe lupus so i need to attend to her needs and help her also my dad has gotten operated in his leg so he needs my help to. As well as traveling to my fiancee country would be a hardship for me because i could loose a new job im probably getting, her being far away has as well brought me depression, and she wants to come here to stay with me and help out anyway she can.

Can this be used as a case for extreme hardship? Also i dont know if it will help adding it in there but, we can't have sex before marraige due to reliogious reasons and we're afraid it would happen if we met since we're in our 20s and have raging hormones.

i think the best way for you to bring your love to us is to marry her in her country. tell her to get everything ready and you will go just for 2 weeks for te ceremony. i dont think that the depression is enough. its better to find a new job that wait forever with the waiver processing.
