I am confused on whats the rule.i know that once k1 is approved we should be married within 90 days upon arrival in USA.My question is that will be allowed to go back to Philippines after a few months from our wedding while waiting for the greencard? or I should stay in USA after we get married? because my fiancee is working overseas. pls i need some info about it.thank you

yes we already meet and this will be our second time soon.. we are just thinking we need more proof like engagement and etc ..

I just wanna ask regrading the k-1 processing.. i am a filipino and currently living in the Philippines but I might be flying to germany soon for a job. and my fiancee is about to petition me for k-1. so my question would be if he can still petition me if i am already in Germany? and can i continue on processing even if im already in Germany? so when i am done with my contract i can just have my fiancee visa and fly to US..

Hello! Im sorry about your situation. But i guess its better that your husband needs to seek a medical consultation asap.If you wont do anything you will suffer. It will be a routine or cycle like what you said sometimes he is being violent to you then became sweet. It is probably obvious that he has a problem. And he can even be more violent than slapping. Dont wait for the time that you can longer escape. You do something as soon as possible, because a mentally ill person can kill a person.be sure that you and your family is safe from him, as much as possible stay away from him until he will be able to receive a treatment. Guys thank you so much to all who answered my questions.we could have met already this month but bcos of the phil. immigration restrictions they asked me some documents before they let me fly in which it would take time for my fiancee to get that kind of document grrr...we planned to spend time together in other country but it didnt happened.

Me and my fiancee haven't meet in person yet,but we are planning to be engaged within 2-3 months on his next vacation.my fiancee works in asia but as of now its his vacation for a few weeks and spending it with his mom in the states,my question is that, is it possible for him to submit I-129F at the USCIS while he is in the US even we have not meet yet? does anybody know what are the requirements in filing I-129F? please let me know if you have any idea..thanks much
