I noticed in another post, you commented that someone had not mastered American English and implied that this may be a contributing part of her visa denial/fraud allegation. I just wanted to let you know that one does not have to master English, but has to be able to communicate fluently with their fiance, who may speak the beneficiaries language. Hope this helps.
