Lucky! Nvc never comments on visa bulletin movement..hope so ur sure..cause thid sounds big hope..make it sure exactly eht tlk they had!

....i was continuing my thoughts from my previous post on the Life Act spillovers upto April 30th 2002 and may be if the VB is past April 2002, then we can see a good movement later on for F4 category..

Guys relax! dont go for sac66 comment. he is just showing worst senerio for him and few others whose date is near by. hes not predicting anything. he is just makin fun of nvc that worst cm worst his chance would cm by jan. expect one month movement in every bulletin. you guys feel its goin slow cause they shown u 2012 once. bt it takes 11 yrs calcukate that way and be happy. everyone who has gone before has faced 11 yrs wait. Look at the Eb 2 category for india. it had moved very rapidly this yr.. all our visa got exhausted in it. and now this month bulletin shwin 3 yrs retrogress which is a big fall. somwhere the trouble is there with visa no. india not alloted as much required or most of used in eb2 nd few in family immigration. dont forget we have other categories in family too. lets hope one month movement in november. technically nov is the new month :-)

i feel nw bulletin will be a BAM..!! will move lot forward.. right now in f3 category august 2001 is the pd one guy from other forum with may 2002 pd got interview for mumbai for october month.. so almost 9 month advance..or may be if i am wrong he got interview cause he got current last time in 2010..u nvr knw lets hopr for good! ppl do tell if nyone gettin the interview.. i nt near by dates call nvc ; )

In almost all the cases, NVC completes the processing of cases and making them "Documentarily Qualified" which means, your entire paperwork is complete with NVC and you have nothing to be done(No extra Fees or Forms to be completed) and NVC will schedule the interview as per the priority date in visa bulletin. Just keep checking with NVC on which date they have dispatched/couriered your entire paperwork to the consulate in India.
Meanwhile you can check the "Interview scheduling" for the local consulate in India..
