  1. I am applying for my mom's residency to come from honduras with the I-130. Her name is spelled differently from mine (mistake on her birth certificate). I got an affadavit from Honduras with her name matching mine (saying also known as...). Do I need this translated in English as well? Also, how should I fill out her name on the application? should I put it so it matches mine or the way her name is really spelled ? on Line 7 it states other names used...should I put her name matching mine in this line? Please advise. Thansks!

    Copies of two leases showing joint residence at two apartments (one in 2006, one in 2007).

    Copy of three Comcast cable bill with both of our names.

    Copy of a PG &E Electric Bill in both of our names.

    Copy of our Costco cards on a joint account.

    A copy of three airline reservations for a vacations to New Jersey, Honduras and Arizona.

    Pictures showing trips we have taken together over past two years.

    Letter from my employer stating Dental insurance under same plan.

    Copy of Dental Statement with both of our names

    Copy of 3 Sprint cell phone bills stating us on the same family plan.

    Copies of Cards and various mail others showing same place of residence.

    Six original letters written and notarized by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.

  3. I am gathering my evidence and I have a few questions.

    SHould I send the 1040s and the tax transcripts if I have both?

    Should I send the original of cards I recieved in both of our names? I will send photocopies of everything else (except affadavits). are orginals necessary in any case?

    None of my insurance cards will put both of our names on them (vision, dental) Is a letter from my employer ok saying we have joint coverage in these areas? THe insurance companies are not being cooperative on this ...I also have some claims with his and my name and the same group number...

  4. I recently had an RFE for the vaccination supplement , as I didnt have one sent from the civil surgeon here in the US. As per my conversation with USCIS, they say I didnt need another medical exam. I sent in the 693 supplement with update vaccination info. I am nervous we should have had the medical, just to be safe and not get a denial.

    IS there any way to check on this before its too late, or am I okay? HE had the exam in Honduras in Aug. thanks!
