Can we mail in the paperwork for 864 and 864A before both fees are paid? we paid one but the other is not posted yet online. It seems like both fees need to be paid to fill out the 230 application but we have all paperwork ready to go..

on part 5 of 864A am i the sponsor or the household member? i am confused... my husband is applying for his mom and makes no income but I do so I am doing the 864A. he is doing the 864

HI do i need to put assets then if i make no income? or will my wifes income be sufficient if it meets poverty guidelines?

I am bringing my mother to the US and am not currently working. My wife does meet the income requirements. Do we both need to fill out the I864 and be joint sponsors? or does my wife become the only sponsor and which forms should she fill out? thanks!

I am applying for my mom's residency to come from honduras with the I-130. Her name is spelled differently from mine (mistake on her birth certificate). I got an affadavit from Honduras with her name matching mine (saying also known as...). Do I need this translated in English as well? Also, how should I fill out her name on the application? should I put it so it matches mine or the way her name is really spelled ? on Line 7 it states other names used...should I put her name matching mine in this line? Please advise. Thansks!

My husband (citizen) is applying to bring his mom from Honduras. Besides the 130 form and passports/birth certificates what other forms need to get mailed right away? D we do an affadavit of support as a first step or need any other supporting documents? Thanks for advice.

I am gathering my evidence and I have a few questions.

SHould I send the 1040s and the tax transcripts if I have both?

Should I send the original of cards I recieved in both of our names? I will send photocopies of everything else (except affadavits). are orginals necessary in any case?

None of my insurance cards will put both of our names on them (vision, dental) Is a letter from my employer ok saying we have joint coverage in these areas? THe insurance companies are not being cooperative on this ...I also have some claims with his and my name and the same group number...

No I wanted to keep my name but if it was going to be a problem for the 751 paperwork, I would change it if I had to. I wanted to know if the immigration people care either way. If its part of the marriage evidence or simply a personal preference.

we are about to start the I 751 removing conditions process this summer and we are moving next week. Its been a while since we have been in the paperwork process and I forgot which form(s) I need to fill out when you move. Thanks for the info!

If your AOS is approved without an interview, do you need to get your passport stamped? wondering when this stamp is neccessary, or will the green card be enough to travel, lift conditions, etc..?

TOday we got an email that the Green CArd will be coming as soon as it is ready and it was approved. without an interview (at CSC)! Only 3 weeks after getting an RFE for the vaccination form. all I can say is WOOHOO!!!!!

I recently had an RFE for the vaccination supplement , as I didnt have one sent from the civil surgeon here in the US. As per my conversation with USCIS, they say I didnt need another medical exam. I sent in the 693 supplement with update vaccination info. I am nervous we should have had the medical, just to be safe and not get a denial.

IS there any way to check on this before its too late, or am I okay? HE had the exam in Honduras in Aug. thanks!

WE got the EAD the day after we recieved the RFE. SO I guess it depends on what is missing, or luck??
