I'd call your congressman. It's a fairly quick call and they typically have someone who knows the deal with this stuff. They'll ask for a letter or e-mail giving them authorization to reach out on your behalf and then they will do it. Can't hurt and really doesn’t take much time/effort to do. We were approved shortly after my congressman sent a letter to USCIS. Probably just coincidence, but I'll take it!

Things are very fast after NOA2 approval at Manila US Embassy...We don't have to wait for packets anymore coz' they say sometimes it never comes, they are just instructions on the required documents to bring for the Interview and how to schedule medical, After getting the case # from NVC we can pay the visa fee already and schedule the Interview online..For Medical we can register online or just do a walk-in at the designated Embassy assoc. clinic (St. Lukes Extension Clinic for Manila) This is really a case to case basis depending on your US Embassy and we are very lucky that everything goes smoothly after NOA2 at the Manila US EMbassy! If you have gathered all documents before the NOA2 Approval and sent them to your fiancee ASAP, she has to be healthy too So, if nothing goes wrong with the medical it is definitely possible to be done in 3-4 wks. :D

On February 1, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

I got the email only (no texts despite signing up for it) at 7:30pm! YAYYAY!

We got our NOA2!! My fiance (US Citizen) didn't receive any text or email, but I got one from the email alert on the USCIS website. I'm feeling very lucky because there is still lots of people from August and before that are waiting.
