  1. Also, for the USC for the first phase, you need to get the movimiento migratorio - this is mandatory. You get it from immigrations in Peru.

the second stage (after the I-130 is approved) is presenting the DS-230 form with the I-864 and medical results during your interview with the US embassy.

Have lots of passport sized photos of both of you and copies of your passport...

  2. There are two stages - the first is presenting I-130 form with it's accompanying documents such as the G325a (for you and your spouse), acta de matrimonio orginal, certificado antecendentes judicial nivel nacional, certificado judicial de antecedentes penales, other proofs of relationships

See this link for more info, & download the instructions as they will help a lot. http:...

  3. Hey, thanks for your posts. I read your comment about them having a question about your US residency. Can you share more about that situation? I'm about to file my I-130 DCF here in Lima, Peru for my Peruvian wife. My address in the states is my parents, but I also have an address here in Peru. Which address did you use for the I-130? Or were you talking about the I-864?

  4. Have you gotten your I-130 approved yet? Han aprobado tu I-130?

  5. Why did it take so long to get your I-130 approved? I'm looking to do mine in Peru for the DCF visa, and I'm really hoping it doesn't take 145 days. Did they have problems with anything? Thanks for any info you can provide!

  6. Hey Chris, did you ever get your I-130 approved? Did you send in your other paperwork to the Consular Section before the I-130 was approved? Thanks!
