)))) approveddddd nov 29... i went with a lot of proof , when she saw the bag she got scareed lol and only asked for the photos , lolz went with over 100 photos , she ask me 2 question , and 2 to my fiancee )))) approveeddddd 6:45am in 9:00am out ))) -

You can call USCIS to enquire about it once it goes past processing times, but they will tell you to call again in 30 days. A congressman will tell you the same thing after calling for you, so hold onto them first and call on your own. One of the March filers got notification that her petition was already at the embassy and she hadn't had an NOA2 yet, so it could be that someone there is making mistakes. A phone call at this point to check on it wouldn't hurt, as would an email.

thanks for that info.,, i hope thats my case... cause im crazy right now looking at people from april getting their noa2 and im still waiting.. i will go directly to the congress office tomorrow to see whats happening.. another question.. after i get approval.. how long moore i need to wait to get my interview>? avg?

they received my application on feb 18 2011, omg and i still waiting for my approved, my fiance lives in dominican republic. there are people who sent their application after me and they got their approval. how that works.. cause im frustruated... helppppppppp
