    I came home sick. I came home disheartened about situations at my job, I came home like I used to come home when he wasn't here. I wanted to climb in bed and let the silence take me. I got out the car, he came outside to greet me. He saw my face, held my hand walked me inside. Sat me down and opened his arms...rocked me like a child and said... I got your back! I've never had that before. My God this man is real. I closed my eyes and I exhaled.

      Yes you should! It takes awhile to get everything prepared and may take awhile to mail your originals if youre not attending the interview! good luck!

    HELP!!! RFE RECEIVED! MY FIANCE MET 2003 until 2005 then he spends vcation yearly fron 2006-2009 AND NOW WE RCVD RFE THAT WE SHUD PERSONALLY MEET WITHIN PAST 2 years what to do??

      I think your best option is to meet each other again, and send all the evidence! One of the three main qualifications of this visa is to 'have met within the past two years'...i don't think you will be able to file any type of waiver against this unless for a medical reason...

    I miss my husband terribly and I am starting to get depressed. I want to visit in April, but Im afraid that with all the expenses of the visa coming up, it would be wise not to. It is not fair to have to be forced to wait for love...to not be able to be together when you so desperately want to. :(

      You can fill out all the forms and collect the necessary documents yourself, then you will mail it to the USCIS Dallas Texas Lockbox. Make sure you read all the guides and information to be sure you have everything that is needed :)
