october to august it did indeed expire the notice of action only because they gave me the interview at that time for july 26 and he was approved that same day and it would've expired august 6 ... why didnt he get it?

ok right... The consular told me that the petition has expired based on the notice of action that she wouldn't be able to print out the visa because it would be expired?? I said how could it be expired if my fiance wasn't issued the visa??? She turned the microphone off spoke to a supervisor and they said ok go pay he will get the visa but he will have to wait for the administrative processing to get the dates adjusted...?? I call and they said they cannot give me any other information other than he is under administrative processing, dont get why she said we were approved and they have his passport where is his visa?

My name is Karen I am 24 years of age and my fiance is 25 and lives in the dominican rep. I've been with him since I was 15 years old. I love in New York but am of Dominican descent my Father and his father grew up together which is something we figured out when I introduced him as my boyfriend to my parents. I love this man! I have 9 years with him and have finished College and am currently a school teacher, my fiance works in construction and can do just about anything he is gifted I tell you. We got engaged when I was 18 he proposed to me and gave me my beautiful ring and asked me to be his wife, we both agreed that when I finished college we would definitely be married. I applied for the fiance visa back in october and our interview was on july 26, 2011. The consular didn't ask us many questions being that I've been with him since 2002. She said yes he is approved took his passport and gave us a ticket to go pay to get the delivery service to his home! She said that the notice of Action would expire soon meaning that the visa would expire .... ?? What did I have to do with this or my fiance it isn't our fault that our interview was so late???... She said ok he will receive his visa but you must wait for administration processing... Where is his passport why is this happening and for how long??? I am pregnant and I really want my Fiance here I want to marry him, I haven't stopped crying since that time I left him! I need him here we are both suffering from coming so close and being stuck in this limbo??? What can I do ??? How long is this process???
