i just got my sticker last month....The CFO office where she can have her sticker is located beside the DFA office she just need to go upstairs and turn left and go inside the door in her right side......Make sure she will bring with her here Immigrant Visa Summary xerox copy,the Certification she got after she had her seminar and the original passport with visa and make a copy of it too..........

Hi everyone I sent in my I-864 and ds-230 packets on tuesday and it was received Wednesday morning at 11:30 a.m. by the NVC. Is there anyway to check on the processing of those? Because everytime I call the NVC to ask, the operator doesn't listen to my question and just says allow 20 days for review. I KNOW THIS!!! I just want to know if they have started reviewing it or anykind of info like that. But the operators don't listen to my question lol they just say 20 days, allow 20 days. I wish I could get fthe operator Lulu everytime she is easily the best operator she always answers my questions thoroughly

Everybody has experienced those operators........They always says allow us 20 days but it takes time for them to review it... Sometimes you have to have to make them scared by telling that your going to contact your senator and ask them for help about your petition before they will work for it.......Well hope everything goes well in your petition... if He was requested to go back tom for immunization it means He passed the Medical...He can have the CD after His Immunization..........

Requirements for Registration

1. Original and photocopy of Passport;

2. Original and photocopy of visa;

3. Original and photocopy of Immigrant Data Summary for US bound/ Confirmation of Permanent Residence

for Canada bound/ Certification of Eligibility (for Japan-bound);

4. Original CFO guidance and counseling certificate;

5. Duly completed emigrant registration form; and

6. Payment of the authorized registration fee.

Bec. You are done with your CFO Seminar all you need to bring with you to have your CFO sticker in your passport are...

1.Xerox Copy of your Passport and Visa (Bring the Original)

2.Xerox Copy of Immigrant Visa Summary (it was Stapled in the Brown Envelope)

Note: DO NOT UN staple it

3.Xerox Copy of Your CFO CErtification

Thats all they asked me when i have my CFO Sticker in CEBU...and They haven't let me pay anything coz i have payed it after i got Seminar the 1st time i went there.......Hope this will help you..Goodluck.....

My hubby book me aticket using His CC from Koreanair flight Cebu to Chicago with a Travel Agent...and when i called the Koreanair office they told me i can get my ticket anytime i want all i need to bring with me is My Passport with Visa and Tax P1620.00.....to be sure that the travel agent you will have is registered travel agent Call the airlines office and ask them to refer you or to give you a Registered Travel Agent and they can give you a Good Price too...He payed for about $800 something and the travel agent he talked to charge him about $25...Goodluck....

My Husband book me a ticket using his Visa Card this Sept. what he did she called the koreanair line and they gave him a number to call(it's the number of the US registered agent) and when he forwarded me the e-ticket i called the Koreanair office and i asked them what should be my requirements when i check in and they said they just need my passport and ticket...Next week I'm going to get my ticket in there office and they ask me to bring my passport and the tax which is worth P1620 pesos...

Passport= P1200 (25 days for the OT)

= P900 something (35 days)

but they said it is not sure if you can really get it on time...

NBI= P115

NSO BC and MC = P140

Sis never give up...Just Keep on praying and everything will be alright....Try to figure this out..My Hubby sent His petition last Aug2010 and our petition has been approved and forwarded last feb.2011 so means it is already 6 months since he sent the petition we almost give up but we never does..and i got my appointment letter last june2011 and got my interview last aug 2011...it took 1 year for us to have my visa...SO never say no sis keep on waiting...Patience and perseverance is more needed in the case...Goodluck and God Bless You

Everytime my aunt send us packages she uses Atlas Shippers International... Just try to google there website for more info www.atlasshippers.com ,it only takes 2 months for us to received her packages.......

when i got my interview last aug. my NBI will expired this October...But the CO who interviewed me didn't asked me a new NBI clearance so on your case your NBI is still good, you don't need to get a new one....

I have similar issue with your fiancee...My hubby stayed here in cebu for 2 weeks and nothing followed..and we knew each other feb,2010 and got married at may,2010..When i got my CFO seminar we are about 11 months knowing each other.I'am 22 by that time and my hubby is 50..what they did they let my mom come over with me and they asked some questions with my mom. It took 3 consecutive days before i got my certificate.It will be ok greg don't worry about it.It's not that they wont give your wife a certificate they will surely give her...They just want to hear something from your fiancee's mom if they are aware about your relationship....Good luck

I got interviewed last aug 5,fri and visa on hand Aug 10,wed...it took 3 working days for my visa on hand......COngrats.....

when we got an email about those docs. that the NVC needs from us my hubby fill out the I-864 form and he print it and he send all the docs together with his ITR's,W2's and pay check stub etc.and he teached me how to fill out the DS230 and I am the one who sent the DS230 with Civil Docs. directly to the NVC...

As i saw during my interview last August 5th i saw lots of moms bringing there kids with out any relative with them no matter how many kids you got,so i think they wont allow you to bring someone with you....But just try to call them.....God Bless.

hello girl1where u going to to attend siminar in CFO?me also iam going to attend siminar next weEK IN cebu.Im bringing docs like my NBI .Birth certificat.Marriage license,2 valid ID.I Think this all they need it.and also we need to bring pic our husband or fiance .Because other say they going to ask pic and they going to get it after siminar.And thers one on one interview also after...

Yeah Exactly girl you have to bring photos of you and your partner...They are going to take 1 of your photo and Yes there is a one on one interview but nothing to worry it seem like your preparing for your Visa interview bec.it is more about you and your partner...Goodluck to your jorney...God Bless.

My hubby send me the whole thing specially like his ITR and W2's for 3 consecutive years and his Pay Check too..Just in case they will asked for it in my interview...Luckily during my Pre interview and Final Interview they haven't asked me those anything but it all depends on the CO,...But it is better to be prepared...So send all the papers what you have sent to the NVC for her...

My Husband does the same thing with you...He visited 2 times and at his 1st visit he propose next was our wedding and after he went home he prepared all the docs. for the petition and wait me to mail our MC and the form G it is Biographic form something i forgot what form it is....better to have Spousal visa than fiancee though it takes lots of time to process but over all experience was great........Goodluck to your Journey...
