If your application for K-1 Fiancee Visa Petition is denied, it is usually because the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) officer is not convinced about your relationship or it maybe that your case is poorly documented (and failed to meet immigration requirements) and they need more proofs about the validity of your relationship or that you and your foreign fiancee have met each other within the last two years.

Sometimes, filing an appeal is not the best option (depending on the nature of petition denial). In some cases, it is best to disregard the petition appeal process and simple file a new fiancee visa petition and making sure that the application contains all the important documentation, making your case strong and proving that the relationship is genuine and that you both sincerely seek to spend lives together in marriage.

If fiancee visa petitioner chooses to send a fiancee petition appeal, it must be done within 30 days of the date on the Notice of Denial. The appeal for fiancee petition application must be sent to the same USCIS Service Center that issued the denial of the application.

Normally every box should be filled but I wouldn't alter it now that he's signed it. Just put "none" on yours.

i put NONE in my g-325a alien registration number.. as my fiance told me. bur file number i leave it space. be sure you signed and dated the form.

we are just new here and by the way, we don't know exactly what to ask first but maybe i would like to be direct and need your help any information that will help us what really exactly the right thing we should do.

first, we would like to know, if is it possible to include other files that has scanned and submit it to the USCIS?

like : the the fiance letter of intent, and the g-325a biographic information with the signatured, we did scanned those and if possoble will be submitted soon, if it's okay?

or they might be rejected it if it's not really the original?

hi every one!

i just need some idea and help also, on how's the process of fiancee visa, anyone can give me samples and help me to be confidentially prepared about everything on it? i just wanna know what to do first until the end of the process, what to do and need to provide, what should i do?

what will be the possible questions to be ask and what's the best advice can you share?

i can ask nobody here and this will be my first time and no idea at all about filing this stuffs...
