My iancee was there at 0530, and out by 0900....By doing the onlline schedule she was able to pass many people that were in line well ahead of her. Others still had to adjust paperwork. Have all papers in order and it will speed the process.

Her visa will be mailed to her home, you can arrange to pick it up at the 2go place nearest you there.
CO at window 61 is due for a "new job", it called burnout!! LMAO
She had CO at window 63...she was there only 2 hours for her entire interview and actual interview was less than 5 minutes.

so M&M how's the interview?
My fiancee's sister that that there was a HUGE line at the embassy at 0300 people had aleady started to file in line, as of right now no word. Still waiting to hear the word....
-
thank you, Because I want to plan my vacation if either I go with her to the interview, or go home after the interview then go back here in USA together, i have only 1wk.
I've been reading a lot and have seen that "usually" it takes 5-10 business to get the visa, might be less or more....

How they issue the Visa? do they mail it or you can pickup?
Her visa will be mailed to her home, you can arrange to pick it up at the 2go place nearest you there.
I think she has C-PMS (C is for constant! ), she was yelling at lots of women who came to her window when we were there... not the nicest person. Since I have started talking of window 61 a few others have either got "the joy" of being interviewed by her or heard her yelling. We were at window 62 right next to her, but could hear her from where we were sitting before our number was called, Amy had leaned over to me before we were called to window 62 and said she hopes we don't get called to window 61, always one bad egg I guess

She will feel better once inside the embassy, the folks there are very nice and the whole process moves really smooth, of couse nothing will put her totally at ease until she gets the paper at window 72 stating 2G0 will deliver the visa and her passport to:
(just so she doesn't get the CO at window 61............ )
What's up with the CO at window 61?? LOL

My fiancee is at the Manila embassy now for her interview, She is so nervous. I told her she will be just fine but that did not comfort her any...lol. I do not see how she can have any problems. I will have no rest until I hear from her again! Please pray all will be ok.
Thanks!!

if you are a K1 you have to click on Immigrate , not the non-immigrate....you will then see the K1. I made this mistake and saw all those other things you have listed. Give that a try. GOOD LUCK.

Thank you all for the well wishes, I just wish there was a pill I could give my fiancee so she would not be soooo nervous/afraid.
Plus the same feelings about travel to North Carolina is the same nervousness and fear of the unknow. She will have a family member travel
with her to Manila but on her trip here she will be on her own. I think she will be fine. I had the same nervousness during my travel as well to there but yes I know, she will be leaving her home country to stay here with me. I understand how and why, just wish there was a easier way to ease her fears.... ANY IDEAS?
