    we sent email to the NVC yesterday and we get thier reply just now:) and they told us that they already sent our packet to the USEM:(( God please let the USEM send our packet to us:(

      Yeah my fiancee sent them email yesterday and we got thier reply today,, they told us that they already sent our packet to the USEM, but the USEM didnt email or send something to us:( so i will call them on monday,, we got our NOA2 LAST JULY 26
