I-864 is for AOS

Im in England does my Fiancee fill it in and sent it to me or the embassy?

Right paper work confusion has once again set in

Affidavit of support form I-864 or I-134

On the website it states 864 is not needed until marriage and your working but doesn't say the same for I-134.

Is one definatly needed for the Visa appointment??

Just called the DOS office in America and they have confirmed my date and package 4 has been sent September 9th!!!!

Super excited all my fellow england/america people hang in there your time will come

Called the London consulate and they told me documents have been recieved and they are just awaiting the medical exam to be reviewed and passed. The lady told me should be no longer than 14days until i recieve my visa interview date fingers crossed!!

Hi there guys I am also waiting on an interview date from London... I have to admit i have taken this whole process for granted and didnt anticipate such a rough ride. I have not accounted for or written down any of my timeline

I know I sent the second load of paper work of on Thursday 21st July and had my medical on Friday 22nd July.. I havent had any response from anyone. Not even an email saying the documents have been recieved.... You guys talk of a website where you can check this?? DOA?? could you possibly send me in the right direction. Its been two weeks so far and if you guys have gone 6 weeks that is not good news I was hoping to get to my fiancee sometime in September but that looks a long shot now

Any help advice and website links would be greatly appreciated... Lets hope London consulate can get us there asap
