  1. i definitely did not thought that the 4 year 1 day rule would add to my dilemma, seriously, it never crossed my mind that they would still ask for evidences, that dual alien number existed because, i was on the verge of completing a green card application but my father got a heart attack during the period wherein he was asked to submit some documents, so he assumed my case was canceled already,so my mother step up to the plate filed another application for me claiming me as a son of fiancee of a us citizen so i was able to get in the united states, thats how i explained the dual alien number to myself, but OFFICIALLY, i have not gotten an explanation from USCIS as to why I have two alien numbers.

  2. on september 29,i was asked to submit evidence of continuos residence, apparently, that 4 year 1 day rule still doenst apply to me eventhough i applied 4 years 10 days!!! and now its december 5, still no oath taking....

i missed all the internships in the Dept of Defense and Miami Dade county...I am so pissed as I am waiting for this citizenship so i could petition my fiancee and my son...

  3. I filed my citizenship last february 14, 2011, its Aug 30 2011 now, ive done everything, only needs is a decision and oath taking, ive inquired my case 5 times, I even went to the congresswoman's office which by the way ARE NO HELPED at all! since its not election time, the reason my case is dragging because of that dual alien numbers, any of you guys could share their experience with this? can I sue them lol...

  4. as long is your wife's daughter is not over 18, and your wife becomes a us citizen and she's not over 18, you just need to get the daughter a US passport and you could pay extra to get a certificate that states that the daughter is a US citizen, which in IMHO is not needed as she is a holder of a US passport, just sharing as my sister is an automatic US citizen, having an age not over 18,the same time my dad becomes a US citizen.

  5. I hate to say this, but it seems every 3 out of 5 people that undergo an xray during their medical on this clinic had undergone sputum test, even if they did a prior xray, and it checks out ok, no scarring no dots no issues, when they do the xray at st luke's they starts to find scarring,I am not saying they are wrong, but something smells fishy....like for example, this guy I know, clean living, he's a seaman, they always have medical every quarter of the year, and he always given a clean bill of health, he and his family about to migrate to the usa, and did the medical at st luke's and voila, they seen scarring on his xray's, he's so frustated about the result as to what happened and how,and he could not complain as this is the only clinic being recognize by the embassy,so I ask you guys to share your opinion and experiences with regards to this...

  6. My brother has an F2B visa, everything is completed, he has a visa number already and schedule for interview, all he needs is the documents for the medical so he could bring it to the interview. We called up the National Visa Center regarding my brothers case, we asked where are the documents for my brother's medical, coz his interview is on Aug 26, 2011, and we have not receive it yet, they told us that they forwarded the documents already to the local embassy in Manila,we inquire at the embassy, either its a busy tone or the person on the other line are rude or dont know anything but to answer the phone did anyone of you experience sort of similar service from this embassy?
