Does anybody notice the changes in the format of the current bulletin ??? under family sponsored preference happen to have two sub topics .A. APPLICATION FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES and B. DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS Im a little bit confused in which table to follow they have difference of 6 months. under A. f2b for Philippines, current priority date is Nov 01, 2004 and under B. May 01, 2005....

It won't be a problem. They are illegitimate so you have sole and full custody over them. You don't need anything from the father even if they are using his surname. You will be able to bring them to the US with no issues. Don't worry.

I fall under the category F2b, Im 36 yrs old, Filipino, single with two illegitimate children.

My priority date is Sept2005, in preparation with my up coming processing , I would like

to place some inquiry to the status of my children since they are using the surname

of their father. Would there be any possibility that i would have problem bringing them with me

or it doesn't matter since they are really y children and they are minor.

My PD is Sept. 2005 but i haven't receive any letter or email regarding my case.... Hoping to find light by the end of the year...

My case has been completed. When did you get the notice of action?

my mother received the notice sept 26, 2005 and i received my copy july 09 2009....

no idea to be honest.... what i have on hand is only the notice of action....and my mother told me that its just receipt notice...how about you?

My PD is SEPT 2005 the only letter i received from the embasy was a receipt notice... My mother told me it will take 8-10 yrs for my petition to be lift and theres also retrogression so it might be longer.. I have 2 kids and untill now they are illegitimate but is using the surnmae of their father... Dont know what to do .. My friend told me to read and join some forums ...i might encounter the same problem...One thing more is , would there be a difference in the speed of processing if my mother will file citizenship or there would be a problem if she changes her status....Can somebody help send me the step by step procedure so i would know which step am i now...
