you will get different replies on this subject
from my experience, you can try to head it off by sending a letter outlining the corrections and all the supporting documents
you will send it to the office listed on the NOA1. if you can confirm it has already been dispatched to a local office, send it there (confirmation by phone with an IO)
mark it attention 130 unit
