My family came here on a tourist visa in 2002. My dad and mom became permanent residents through my half sister shortly after. My sister and I are about to start our long journey. We are honor students and are eager to use our scholarships for college, unfortunately the DREAM Act didn't pass, so we got our AOS running. I hope this is over soon. After that, comes my citizenship. I consider myself more American than anything else. Even though I came here when i was 10, I have lived more here than in my home country. I love the lifestyle. That is crazy how long is taking someone told me every state is different and sometimes the bigger ones like Texas, California and Florida takes longer to process applications Mine is so tiny i guess there is not a lot of immigration here..
