    hi everyone..i'm filipina and workin here in hongkong..i addressed our application at the us embassy here in hongkong..now i do have my hongkong case number..is it i also need to have that CFO stamp on my passport after i got my visa? and attend also seminar which i heard all filipina fiancee did when they had their visa? just confuse..no idea whats next.if ever i got my visa..hope those who also work here in hongkong and have their fiancee visa application could help me..thanx alot! ...

    it is so nice to know that we filed our petition may 16 and august 22 they sent the hongkong case number here in hongkong..wow! im lucky..fast processing!..hurray!

      hi! thats nice! me too..the case number is here in hongkong already but geez police clearance here takes 3 weeks b4 they send it directly to us embassy..quite long to wait..but once everything is complete well im sure they would give me sched for medical and interview..too happy now..hope everything goes well..

      hi! thanks i found you here.. can i ask about the police cert. kumuha ka din ba sa pinas or yong kailangan nila is yong dito lang sa hk. i was working here in hongkong for 2 yrs.and 5 months i heard that i need to get one also in phil. wala akng idea kong ano ba tlaga ang tama. maraming salamat..

      hi shawnandaileen, sorry ngayon lng ulit ako nagbasa ng messages sa visa journey..yes u need to have police certificate from hongkong and nbi from phils..

    got our hongkong case number..i hope everything turns okey..thanx god we received it quick and didnt wait for many months sinced we started last may 16..lucky they r fast processing our papers! wooooooooo

    hey everyone! are those may filers got their NVC notice? we filed may 16,2011 got approved july 29,2011 but still no notice from NVC..waiting still...

    hi everyone! i'm from phils but working here in hongkong..we filed our fiance visa and i did put on the application to send the papers in hongkong. question is..do i need to get NBI still in phils or just police clearance here in hongkong? another question is..do i need to go back to phils after i got my visa here in hongkong b4 i go to california? need some advice guys..hope i can hear some from you..thanx..

      hi, you did not have to go back to the Philippines to get the NBI clearance, you can get the application form at the consulate, they will take your fingerprints, i just don't know how much will it cost you but its better than going back and apply here.

      the result will be mailed directly to where you live in HK. That is what i did when i applied for the NBI clearaance when i was there. Good luck.
